Possibly yes. BC's income-tested Energy Savings Program allows emergency replacements of broken heating systems (the any-income program doesn't). Call us before you replace anything: 250-510-8888.
You can stack add-ons — electrical service upgrade, HRV, heat pump water heater, municipal top-ups — on one heat-pump rebate. But only one program can pay for the same heating system. We design every job for the legal maximum.
Since April 2025, fuel-switching rebates in southern BC are income-tested through the Energy Savings Program, with three income levels. The new Level 3 (April 2026) extends gas-to-heat-pump rebates to many middle-income households. We never assess your eligibility — the program does — but we'll show you what's possible at each level.
Only equipment on the program's qualified product lists earns rebates. Every Tosot and Fujitsu system we quote is verified against the official list first, so your rebate is never at risk.
For the income-tested program, you pre-register (we guide you), and after installation we file the application — the rebate is deducted from your invoice up front. For the any-income program, you apply within 6 months of the invoice and we give you a complete document package.
"Very upfront, knowledgeable, free quote. Excellent staff and customer service from start to finish. I had a complete switch from a propane furnace to a heat pump system and couldn't be happier."
"Liam and Owen did an exceptional job. The electricians upgraded us to 200-amp service with a new breaker panel and extras. Bronson was so knowledgeable and helpful getting us started."
